By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced on our website.

2. Products and Availability

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, and availability displayed on our website are accurate.

However, many of our products are collectibles, limited releases, imported products, or items subject to supplier allocation. Availability may therefore change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, correct errors, and update product information or prices at any time.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Minor differences in packaging, language markings, manufacturer updates, or other non-material characteristics may occur.

3. Order Requests and Acceptance

Submitting an order through our website constitutes an order request and does not automatically mean that your order has been accepted or confirmed.

After receiving your request, we may verify product availability, quantities, pricing, customer information, and any other relevant details.

We reserve the right to accept or decline an order request, in whole or in part.

Until your order has been accepted by Ninja Cards, no product is guaranteed or reserved for you.

If an order request cannot be fulfilled, it may be cancelled.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website and may be changed at any time before an order is accepted.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product information, promotional, or technical errors.

If an incorrect price has been displayed, we may cancel the affected order request even after it has been submitted.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and available delivery methods are displayed during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather conditions, customs procedures, public holidays, or other logistical issues.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Customers who repeatedly fail to receive or collect their orders may lose the ability to place future delivery orders with Ninja Cards and may be limited to other available purchasing or collection methods.

6. In-Store Pickup

Orders marked as ready for pickup must be collected within the timeframe communicated by Ninja Cards.

Unless otherwise stated, customers should collect their order within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving the ready-for-pickup notification.

Orders that are not collected within this timeframe may be automatically cancelled.

Repeated failure to collect orders may result in restrictions on the customer's ability to place future orders.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

Certain categories of products, particularly Trading Card Game products, products without manufacturer seals, products sold without sealed packaging, and products sold without original packaging, may be non-returnable due to authenticity, tampering, substitution, and product-integrity concerns.

Any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.

8. Pre-Orders

Products marked as Pre-Order are products expected to become available at a future date.

Release dates and estimated availability are subject to change due to manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, transportation, or other circumstances outside our control.

Submitting a pre-order does not guarantee a specific release or delivery date.

Where supplier allocation affects the quantity available to us, we reserve the right to reduce or cancel pre-orders where necessary.

9. Product Purchase Limits

Certain products may be subject to purchase limits per customer, household, account, or order, particularly limited-edition or high-demand products.

We reserve the right to cancel quantities or orders that attempt to circumvent these restrictions, including through multiple accounts or separate orders.

10. Promotions, Discounts and Loyalty Rewards

Discount codes, promotional offers, loyalty points, rewards, and coupons are subject to their individual conditions and may have expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, product exclusions, or other restrictions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions and discount codes cannot be combined.

We reserve the right to correct, cancel, or remove points, rewards, discounts, or benefits obtained through errors, abuse, manipulation, fraud, or misuse of the program.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Attempts to manipulate prices, inventory, promotions, loyalty points, purchase limits, or other store systems may result in cancellation of orders and restriction or termination of access to our services.
