Refund policy
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds because you have changed your mind or no longer want the product.
A return or refund may only be requested when an eligible product is damaged, defective, or different from its description at the time of purchase.
Non-Returnable Products
For authenticity, security, and product-integrity reasons, the following products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Trading Card Game (TCG) products, including individual cards and other collectible card products;
- Products sold without sealed packaging;
- Products that do not have a manufacturer seal or tamper-evident seal;
- Products sold without their original packaging.
Once these products have left our possession, we cannot reliably verify that they have not been opened, used, altered, replaced, tampered with, or substituted with counterfeit or different items. For this reason, we cannot guarantee their authenticity and original condition after they have been delivered or collected.
Accordingly, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted for these categories of products, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Eligible Return Requests
For products that are eligible for return, all requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Ninja Cards may request photos, videos, or other evidence before approving a return or refund.
Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, accessories, seals, protective materials and proof of purchase (receipt).
Products that have been opened, used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
If you receive an eligible product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery, providing your order number, a description of the issue, and any requested evidence.
Once an authorized return has been received, we will inspect the product. If the claim is approved, the applicable refund will be processed according to the original payment method and the conditions of the order.
Ninja Cards reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund request that does not meet the conditions outlined above. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or excluded under applicable law.
