Shipping Policy

At Ninja Cards, we ship nationwide across Albania.

All orders are delivered via Adex courier service. The shipping fee charged by Adex is:

200 Lek for deliveries within Tirana
300 Lek for deliveries to other cities in Albania

Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days.

For orders where online payment was not mandatory, the amount will be collected in cash by the courier upon delivery.

Please note that Ninja Cards is not responsible for any damage that may occur to the package during transportation.

Once the order has been handed over to the courier, any issues related to shipping must be addressed with the courier service directly.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Ninja Cards, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind.
This is due to the nature of collectible items, which are highly sensitive to depreciation and can suffer damage or loss in value when exposed to multiple handling, transportation, or improper care.

For this reason, we kindly ask all customers to make their purchases thoughtfully and carefully before placing an order.

That said, we are always open to listen: if you believe there is a valid reason for a return, you may contact us with your request.
Please note, however, that each case will be evaluated individually, and approvals are extremely rare. We will do our best to be fair and understanding, but we cannot guarantee any refund or exchange.
