1. Do you have a physical store?

Yes! You can visit us at our store in Pazari i Ri, Tirana, Albania.

2. What are your store hours?

We are open Monday to Saturday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

3. Can I pick up my order in store?

Yes, you can choose in-store pickup at checkout and collect your order directly from us.

4. Where do you ship?

We ship nationwide across Albania via Adex courier service.

5. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is 200 Lek within Tirana and 300 Lek to other cities.

6. How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days after the order is handed over to the courier.

7. Can I pay on delivery?

Yes, if online payment was not required, you can pay the courier in cash upon delivery.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash in store, online card payments, and cash on delivery.

9. Are product images accurate?

Product images are for illustrative purposes only; actual products may vary slightly.

11. What if my package arrives damaged?

Ninja Cards is not responsible for damage during transport. Please contact Adex courier service directly for shipping issues.

We specialize in trading cards like Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece, and Dragon Ball, both in English and Japanese editions. We offer booster packs, boxes, singles, accessories, and more.

Absolutely! For upcoming releases, we accept pre-orders both online and in store. Contact us for more details.

16. Do you buy or trade cards?

At the moment, we primarily sell sealed products and singles. For buy or trade requests, please contact us directly. We take in consideration only Pokémon Cards at the moment.
